Epistaxis: An Unusual Presentation of Factitious Disorder

Introduction: About 1% of psychiatric consultations are concerned with a factitious disorder. Unlike malingering, disorder is special that should be taken into consideration by the medical staff. Case Presentation: This case reports woman fever and epistaxis as primary clinical manifestation which was diagnosed treated after further investigation consultation. Conclusions: Procrastination diagnosis usually leads to an increase in length stay for unnecessary paraclinical investigations. The purpose this presentation raise issue problems their importance alongside physical problems.
